Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. of quick grits
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 lb. of pasteurized cheese cut into cubes
  • 3/4 c. of butter
  • 11 drops of Tabasco
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook grits according to package directions. Remove from stove and add butter and cheese. Add Tabasco sauce. Beat in eggs. Bake in a large buttered casserole in an oven preheated to 375 degrees.
