Ingredients
- 2 2 2 cups sugar
- 2 2 2 cups flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 2 2 sticks butter
- 5 5 5 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 1 1 cup water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup butter milk
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ICING
- 1 1 1 stick butter
- 5 5 5 Tablespoons cocoa
- 6 6 6 Tablespoons milk
- 1 16 1 16 1 16 oz box powdered sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
FOR CAKE
Heat oven to 375*
mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon together
bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil in a saucepan and pour over dry ingredients
stir well
stir buttermilk into mixture to cool it
then stir in soda, eggs, and vanilla
pour in a greased and floured 9 X 13 cake pan
bake until just done, about 20 to 25 minutes
while cake is baking, prepare ICING
when cake is done remove from oven cool 1 to 2 minutes
then pour hot icing over top and spread
ICING
bring butter, cocoa, and milk go boil in a saucepan
remove from heat and add powdered sugar, pecans, and vanilla
mix well
pour over cake after taking it from oven
