- 1/4 1/4 1/4 t minced garlic
- 1 1 1 t lemon zest
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 T chopped fresh tarragon

Season salmon w S&P
Whisk tog 1/2 T oil with rest of ingred w a pinch of S&P
Heat remaining 1/2 T oil until shimmering over med hi heat. Add salmon and cook 5-
7 min. Flip and cook 1-2 min.
