Ingredients
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup red cooking wine
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Brown meat in butter, add onion, salt and flour.
Blend in wine, chili sauce, green pepper and worcestershire. Add cooked macaroni.
Serve hot over lettuce and tomato, Italian dressing. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
