Easy Pork Loin with Gravy

By

A very satisfying and easy take on pork with white gravy. Simply put it all together and sit back. Serve over Noodles or Rice and grab some French Bread for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounds pork Loin (whole is fine)
  • Grill Seasoning (preferably low salt)
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1 can condensed cream of potato
  • Egg Noodles (or rice, or your starch of preference)
  • French Bread, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Rub the Pork Loin on all sides generously with your Grill Seasoning. I suggest a lower salt variety because with the soups, it can get a little salty (at least for my taste).

Put the Loin into your Crock Pot.

Pour all 3 cans of Soup over the Pork.

Cover and cook for about 5 hours on low.

5) Serve over buttered Egg Noodles or Rice (or even bread slices to soak up the Gravy).

Optional: If using noodles, there will be a lot of Gravy left over, but it's great for dipping... we use French Bread for this.

NOTE: You can substitute the Potato Soup for a second Mushroom for a lighter gravy.
