Oatmeal Lace Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. Sugar
• Dash Dash of Salt
• 1 1 1 stick butter, softened
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 t. Vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c. Quick cooking rolled oats

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet. In medium bowl beat butter, sugar, salt and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in oats and mix well. Dough will be crumbly. Drop by teaspoon 2” apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake a 375 for 7-9 minutes or until golden around edges. Cool for minutes and remove cookies from baking sheet. Allow to cool completely on cooling rack. Makes approx. 3 doz.
