    杯橙汁(Orange Juice),3/4杯糖 (或用1杯水,1杯糖代替)

Directions

1. 蔓越莓挑拣一下,丢弃坏果子,洗净。 2. 橙汁(或水),糖加到一小锅里开大火煮至糖熔化。 3. 加入蔓越莓, 橙皮屑煮至果子开花。这时会有很多泡沫。 4. 边搅边煮, 煮至泡沫渐渐消失,果酱变得浓稠时,降小火。 5. 续煮几分钟,等果酱变得有一些透明时关火。 6. 装盒,室温下冷却后放冰箱里保存。
