Ingredients
- 1/2 c fresh basil, leaves only
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t celery salt
- 1 3/4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 1-2 dashes Worchestershire sauce
- 1 T stone ground mustard
- 1 1/2 t honey
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, blend basil, garlic, salt and celery salt. With blender running, drizzle in olive oil. Add vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard and honey; mix thoroughly, chill and serve.
