Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • Green Pepper
  • Red onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Corn on the Cob
  • 1 1 1 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. Worcestershire
  • 2 2 2 T. Brown sugar
  • 1 1 1 t. Pepper
  • 1 1 1 t. Minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oil, juice, Worcestershire, sugar, pepper and garlic. Cut pork into 1 1/2” cubes. Marinate pork in mixture 2-4 hours. Cut Green pepper and red onion into chunks. Slice round sections of corn on the cob and pierce hole thru cob on each section. Alternate pork and veggies and tomatoes on skewers. Grill over medium heat, turning every 2-3 minutes until pork is done.
