• 5 large eggs
• 1 c cottage cheese
• 1 c grated Mont Jack Cheese
• 1/4 c all purpose flour
• 2 T butter, melted
• 1/2 t baking powder
• 1 -4oz can diced mild green chiles

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 in pie pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients; pour into pan and bake for 35 min.
