Ingredients
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken thighs, quartered
- 3 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped onion or shallots
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp packed lt brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sliced green onions

Step 1
Heat skillet over med-high heat, add oil, cook chicken 3-5 min or until browned. Add ginger, shallots and garlic, cook and stir 1 min, add all remaining ing except water and green onions, bring to boil, boil 1 min until sauce thickens.
