Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (16oz) packages sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick (add 3 cups for firmer texture)
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese (2 more for firm)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Combine sausage, bisquick, cheese, onion, celery, black pepper and garlic in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Form into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake 18-20 mins or until golden brown.

2. Remove from oven; cool for 5 mins before removing from pan. Serve with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
