- 1 1 1 organic lime
- 1 1 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 organic ripe peeled pitted avocado
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 organic ripe peeled banana
- Small handful Small handful organic baby spinach
- Kosher salt

Step 1
1 Prep the smoothie ingredients
Using a sharp knife, peel the lime; cut the lime in half crosswise then coarsely chop the fruit. Discard any seeds.
In a blender, combine the chopped lime with the coconut water, avocado, banana, and spinach. Season lightly with salt and blend until smooth.
2 Serve
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve.
