Ingredients
- SALAD:
- skirt steak
- black pepper
- 1 1 1 bag lettuce
- 1 1 1 avocado,sliced
- 1 1 1 mango,diced
- 3 3 3 scallions,sliced thinly
- walnuts
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 3 3 tbsp. chopped white onion
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 1 1 cup oil
- 2 2 2 tsp. poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1. For dressing all ingredients besides oil to a stick blender cup. Gradually add oil until fully mixed. Add in poppy seeds.
2. Soak skirt steak in water for 10 minutes. Pat dry. Season with black pepper and broil for 4 minutes per side. Let rest for a few minutes then slice into small pieces.
3. Toss all salad ingredients. Add steak and dressing.
