  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup organic frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 1/4 2% cup organic 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons honey
  • Kosher salt
