  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 t margarine, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 T salt

Preparation

iPlace all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Scrape bowl as needed. Let rest at room temperature for two hours or cover and refrigerate overnight. Ladle into ungreased pan and cook on both sides.mes New Roman
