Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 12 cups stale bread
- 1 t poultry seasoning
- 1 t thyme
- 1 1/2 t sage
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t marjoram
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 cups chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, saute celery, onion, parsley and mushrooms until tender. IN a large bowl combine bread cubes and veg. Add seasonings, toss all together. Add eggs to moisten. Lightly pack into crockpot. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
