Ingredients
- 2 2 2 cups Corn Kernels fresh or frozen
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Red Onion diced
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 1 1 small Jalapeño Pepper stems/seeds removed, diced
- 1.5 1.5 1.5 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro diced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 2 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Fully Loaded
- 1 1 1 Roasted Poblano Pepper diced
- 1 1 1 Avocado diced
- 1 1 1 teaspoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon White Sugar
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 teaspoon Sambal Oelek Ground Chili Paste
Preparation
Step 1
If using fresh Corn, cook it and then use a knife to remove the kernels. If using frozen Corn, allow it to defrost.
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and place in refrigerator.
