Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar
  • 9 teaspoons Water
  • 4 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Puree strawberries, 2 t vinegar, 2 t sugar and 4 1/2 t water until thick and smooth. Set aside.

2. Puree blueberries with remaining vinegar, sugar and water.

3. Place 1/2 strawberry puree into 12 oz glass. Top with 1/4 c whipped cream, then 1/2 blueberry puree, then 1/4 c whipped cream.

4. Repeat with remaining fruit and cream for second serving. Garnish with whole fruit or sprig of mint.
