Ingredients
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can (12 ounces) NESTLE
- CARNATION Evaporated
- Milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (30 ounces) frozen
- shredded hash brown
- potatoes
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded
- cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper,
- chopped
- 1 cup diced ham, optional
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt
and black pepper in a large bowl. Add
potatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper
and ham if desired; mix well. Pour mix-
ture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-
in. baking dish. Bake at 350 degree for 60-65
minutes or until set.
Yield: 12 servings.
