Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 can (12 ounces) NESTLE
  • CARNATION Evaporated
  • Milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package (30 ounces) frozen
  • shredded hash brown
  • potatoes
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded
  • cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper,
  • chopped
  • 1 cup diced ham, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt
and black pepper in a large bowl. Add
potatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper
and ham if desired; mix well. Pour mix-
ture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-
in. baking dish. Bake at 350 degree for 60-65
minutes or until set.

Yield: 12 servings.
