Rhubarb Strawberry Bars

The combination of strawberries with rhubarb tastes amazing in this crispy crusted pie. Enjoy!



Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix egg, sugar, flour, and vanilla together. Add rhubarb and strawberries mix . Press pie crust into 9x9-inch glass baking dish or roll out for pie pan . Pour filling over unbaked pie crust. Mix topping and crumble over top of filling. Bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes, turn oven down 350°F and bake another 45 minutes.
