Ingredients

    1 pie crust

  • FILLING:

  • 1 1

    1 egg

  • 1 1

    1 cup sugar

  • 2 2

    2 tablespoons flour

  • 1 1

    1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3/4 3/4

    3/4 pound rhubarb

  • 3 3

    3 cups strawberries

  • TOPPING:

  • 3/4 3/4

    3/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 1/2

    1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 1/2

    1/2 cup quick oats uncooked

  • 1/2 1/2

    1/2 cup cold butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix egg, sugar, flour, and vanilla together. Add rhubarb and strawberries mix . Press pie crust into 9x9-inch glass baking dish or roll out for pie pan . Pour filling over unbaked pie crust. Mix topping and crumble over top of filling. Bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes, turn oven down 350°F and bake another 45 minutes.
