- FILLING:
- 1 1 1 pie crust
- 1 1 1 egg
- 1 1 1 cup sugar
- 2 2 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 pound rhubarb
- 3 3 3 cups strawberries
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup quick oats uncooked
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup cold butter

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix egg, sugar, flour, and vanilla together. Add rhubarb and strawberries mix .
Press pie crust into 9x9-inch glass baking dish or roll out for pie pan .
Pour filling over unbaked pie crust.
Mix topping and crumble over top of filling.
Bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes, turn oven down 350°F and bake another 45 minutes.
