Ingredients

    ounces (1 1/2 pound) Chicken breast

    can 14.4 ounces can of diced tomatoes with mild green chilies

    15 ounces of Black Beans, rinsed

    8 ounces frozen corn

  • 1/4 1/4

    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

    14.4 can of fat free chicken broth

    3 scallions, chopped

    1 teas. garlic powder

  • 1 1

    1 teas. onion powder

  • 1 1

    1 teas. cumin

  • 1 1

    1 teas. Cayenne pepper (to taste)

  • salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredient except chicken in the crockpot. Season chicken with salt and pepper, lay on top. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. Half an hour before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken and stir in. Serve over rice (extra point) Points: 3 ww points Cal. 171.9 Fat 1.6 grams
