Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 graham cracker
  • 1/4 pound 1/4 pound butter

Preparation

Step 1

Melt all ingredients
Filling
4. 8 ounces package cream cheese ( room temperature)
5 large eggs
1. 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
Beat cream cheese until smooth, slowly add sugar. Add eggs,lemon & vanilla; beat well.
Bake 45-50 minuets at 350 degrees. Crust golden brown. Let stand 15 -20 minuets
Sour Cream Topping
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Combine ingredients place in oven for 5 minuets, refrigerate 24 hours!
