Ingredients
- 1.5#1.5# Cube Steak, Cut 2-3" Squares
- 1C1C Flour
- 1T1T Garlic Powder
- 1T1T Paprika
- S&P to Taste
- 1Can1 Can French Onion Soup
Preparation
Step 1
Medium Bowl Mix Flour, Garlic, Paprika and S&P.
Large Skillet with Canola Oil, Medium Heat. Dredge Steak with Light Dusting. Place in Skillet, Brown Both Sides 3-5 Minutes Each.
Oven 350F. 9x13 Pyrex Dish, Place Steak in Dish Single Layer, Pour Soup Over. Bake 30-45 Minutes Until Done.
Serve Hot with Mashed Potatoes or Rice.
