Cube Steak Baked

Ingredients

  • 1.5 # 1.5# Cube Steak, Cut 2-3" Squares
  • 1 C 1C Flour
  • 1 T 1T Garlic Powder
  • 1 T 1T Paprika
  • S&P to Taste
  • 1 Can 1 Can French Onion Soup

Preparation

Step 1

Medium Bowl Mix Flour, Garlic, Paprika and S&P.

Large Skillet with Canola Oil, Medium Heat. Dredge Steak with Light Dusting. Place in Skillet, Brown Both Sides 3-5 Minutes Each.

Oven 350F. 9x13 Pyrex Dish, Place Steak in Dish Single Layer, Pour Soup Over. Bake 30-45 Minutes Until Done.

Serve Hot with Mashed Potatoes or Rice.
