Thai Peanut Wrap

Ingredients

  • For the Sauce:
  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 2 2 tbsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • For the Wrap:
  • Flour Tortillas
  • Cucumber
  • Celery
  • Lettuce
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Grilled Chicken Strips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all sauce ingredients
2. Whisk sauce in a saucepan over the stove on low heat
3. Cut celery, lettuce and cucumbers into thin long slices
4. Put tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds to prevent cracks when wrapping
5. Lay all ingredients on tortilla
6. Put desired amount of sauce over veggies/chicken
7. Wrap it up!
8. Use the extra sauce as a veggie dip
