Ingredients
- 1 1 package 1 (3-oz) package strawberry Jello or (0.30-oz) sugar-free strawberry Jello
- 1 1 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed
- 1 1 package 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1 1 cup sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1 can 1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk, chilled
- 3 3 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 5 5 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 12 12 12 Tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add strawberry daiquiri mix. Allow to cool.
Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add Jell-O and mix well. Whip the evaporated milk and fold into the Jell-O mixture.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar with butter. Press into the bottom of a 9"x13" dish. Pour in filling. Chill overnight before serving.
