Holiday Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 cup sugar
• 2 2 2 sticks butter
• 2 2 2 eggs
• 3 3 3 cups flour
• 2 2 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 5 1 5 1 5 ounce can evaporated milk
• 2 2 2 cups chopped pecans
• 1 6 1 6 1 6 ounce bottle cherries drained and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar,add gggs. Sift dry ingredients,add to butter alternately with milk.Add pecans,Sprinkle cherries with small amount of flour. Add to batter. Pour into 10 inch tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
