Ingredients
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. thyme, crumbled or powdered
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sage, ground
- 1 lb. fresh peeled shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
In a plastic or paper bag combine the cornmeal, marjoram, thyme, cayenne pepper and sage. Shake well to mix.
Spray a non-stick pan with non-stick spray. Throw a few shrimp at a time into the bag with seasoned cornmeal; shake to coat.
Place shrimp on the pan (not touching). Place on the middle rack of oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
