Ingredients
- 2 2 2 cups powder sugar
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 creamy peanut butter ( not old fashioned)
- 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 ( 1 stick) unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 1 1 pound semisweet chocolate coarsely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl to blend. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight
Form peanut butter mixture into nice sized balls. Arrange onto parchment paper baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate into sauce pan,stirring until smooth.Remove from heat,cool for about 5 minuets,then dip the balls into the chocolate.Let excess chocolate drip into bowl. Plop the balls onto the pan & repeat.
If desired drizzle more chocolate on top of balls for nice presentation
