Ingredients
- 15 15 can 15 oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 14 14 can 14 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz bag Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups uncooked long grain, long cooking rice
- 1 1 1 medium onion diced
- 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 15 15 can 15 oz can quest blanco
Preparation
Step 1
Put everything in your crockpot except for your quest blanco and one cup of your shredded
cheese, mix well
cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring well occasionally
just before serving, sprinkle your last cup of shredded cheese on top and drizzle with your quest blanco
