Edible Egg-less Choc Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 stick (113g) UNsalted butter
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 2 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt (-)
  • 1 1 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 2 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup mini choc chips (+)
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup milk choc chips
  • (used butterscotch chips instead and super yummy too!)

Preparation

Step 1

1. With your mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add in vanilla and salt, mix.
2. Add in flour. Mixture is going to be crumbly at this point.
3. Add in 2 tbsp of milk and mix.
4. Fold in all choc chips.
5. Store leftovers in fridge. Freeze for up to three months.
