Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1 cup ( 1 stick ) of butter softer
- 1 1 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 2 2 2 large eggs
- 3 3 3 roped bananas mashed
- 2 2 2 cups flour
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1 cups fresh strawberries copped and tossed in 1 Tablespoon of flour
Preparation
Step 1
1. Peheat oven to 375 degrees.Spray two 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl with a mixer mix butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3 add eggs and mix with sugar mixture and beat till combined. Add mashed bananas and mixed till combined.
4. Sift all dry ingredients flour,baking soda and salt. Slowly add sifted dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix until flour is just combined.Fold in floured strawberries.
5 pour batter into prepared loaf pans at 375 for 15 minuets Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 more minuets until edges are slightly brown or tooth Pick is clean when you insert it. Let cool completely before removing from loaf pan.
