Roast Beef and Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 Bay leaf
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 c.chopped onion
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. Ketchup
• 1 1T 1T vinegar
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp mustard
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp marjoram
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp Rosemary
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 t thyme
• Combine all , pour over beef
• 300 3 - 3 hrs

Preparation

Step 1

For gravy 1 T flour mixed with 1/4 c water
Add to soup slowly
Cook till thickened
