- 1 package 1 package yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 8 oz package 1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 Tablespoons 6 Tablespoons peach juice
- 2 15 oz can 2 15 oz can sliced peaches

Preparation
Step 1
prepare cake mix according to box
put in a greased 11 by 13 baking dish
place over batter sliced peaches well drained
combine in bowl, cream cheese, sugar and reserved juices
spread on top of peaches
sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar
bake at 350* for 30 to 35 minutes
