Ingredients
- 2 2. 1/2 7 flaked sweetened coco (about 7 ounces)
- 2 2 2 cups unsweetened finely shredded coconut
- 1 1 1 cup sugar
- 3 3 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 4 4 egg white
- 1 1 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 1 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine flaked and shedded coconut until evenly mixed. ( Flaked coconut should be broken into separate flakes with very few small clumps present.)
In a medium-mixing bowl combine sugar,flour, and salt. Add egg white,honey, and van. Whisk rapidly until smooth. Pour sugar & egg white mixture over coconut mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon then use hands to mix. and continue to blend until evenly mixed. Cover with plastic wrap; Chill for 30 minuets minimum or overnight maximum.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line up coconut mountains on a baking sheet with parchment paper.Bake for 20 minuets and cool !
Add some chocolate if desired
