Ingredients

  • For the Pear Filling
  • 2-3 2-3 1/4" 2 peeled, sliced 1/4" thick (Can use 2 cans pears when not in season)
  • 1 1 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1 1 Pillsbury® pie crust
  • For the Topping
  • 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1


For the Pear Filling

Preheat oven to 350° and place pie crust onto pie plate. Poke bottom 4 or 5 times with a fork.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except pears

Pour into a prepared pie shell.

Peel, seed, slice pears and arrange slices evenly on top of filling.

Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.

For the Topping

In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients with a fork until crumbly.

Sprinkle evenly on top of pears and bake for 30-40 minutes until set.

Remove from oven and cool completely. Cover and refrigerate. Best serve cold.
