Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- soy sauce)
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring broth and ginger to a boil. Turn heat down to a simmer and slowly pour in egg to form yellow threads.Turn heat off and add green onions, sesame oil and soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
