Ingredients

  • 1 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 can 1 can 11 oz Mandarin oranges undrained
  • 4 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups 1/2 cups oil
  • FROSTING
  • 1 12oz tube 1 12oz tube cool whip
  • 1 small box 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 20 oz can 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 cup 1 cup coconut flakes

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350*
mix cake mix, oranges, eggs, and oil until well blended about 2 minutes
spray pan with no stick and dust with flour.
pour mixture into pan
bake 23 to25 minutes DO NOT OVER BAKE
cool cake completely, frost and refrigerate
TO MAKE FROSTING
mix cool whip, dry pudding mix, pineapple and coconut together
This will cover the top of the cake
If you'd like to frost the sides, you will need about 2 cups more cool whip
