  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Place eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper in blender and blend.
Add melted butter gradually.
Blend about 15 seconds or until sauce is smooth and thickened.
