Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 T lemon juice
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 stick butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Place eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper in blender and blend.
Add melted butter gradually.
Blend about 15 seconds or until sauce is smooth and thickened.
