Butterscotch Treats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nuts, Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Margarine
  • 1 jar Marshmallow cream (7 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 cup Nuts, Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Margarine
  • 1 jar Marshmallow cream (7 1/2 oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine cereal and nuts, set aside.

2. In a large saucepan, combine margarine and marshmallow cream. Heat just until boiling, stiring constantly.

3. Remove from heat and stir in butterscotch morsels. Stir until morsels are melted and smooth.

4. Pour over cereal and nuts. Toss well to coat evenly.

5. Press into foiled lined pan 15" x 10". Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into 2" equal squares.
