Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf of bread
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/4 c. onions
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 2 eggs
- 2 T. butter - melted
- chopped giblets (save broth)
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Toast bread and break into crumbs. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Also, add broth from giblets and salt and pepper to taste. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
