Sausage Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 8 link sausages
  • 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 package cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
  • ground pepper
  • melted butter
  • paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausages until lightly browned. Flatten bread slices with rolling pin and spread with combined cream cheese, milk, parsley, dill and pepper. Place a sausage on each bread slice and roll up; firmly press edges to seal. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Cut in thirds and serve warm.
