- 1 1 1 stick softened butter
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup beet horseradish
- pinch pinch of salt
- 8 8 8 slices pumpernickel bread
- thinly sliced scallions
- chopped dill
- deli sliced roast beef
- thinly sliced radishes
- to and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
mix butter with beet horseradish and a pinch of sat; spread on 8 slices of bread. top 4 of the slices with scallions, dill and roast beef. season with salt and pepper, then top with the radishes. top with the remaining bread, trim the crusts and cut into pieces.
