Sausage Balls

Great Appetizer for a crowd!

Ingredients

• Sauces for dipping:
• 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
• 1 lb ground pork sausage
• 3 c Bisquick baking mix
• If you use Italian sausage, serve with hot marinara sauce.
• If you use breakfast sausage, serve with hot country gravy or BBQ sauce.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheese, sausage and mix in a bow and mix well.
Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
