Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing mix
• 1/2 - 3/4 c. beer

Preparation

Step 1

Combine both cheeses and dressing mix. Gradually stir in beer until desired consistency is reached. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with pretzels, chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.

Add additional beer for future servings.
