Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 packages (4 oz serving size) Jello Brand Chocolate Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 3 1/2 cups of cold milk
- (You canuse a package (6 serving size) of Jello Chocolate Instant Pudding and Pie Filling and 2 1/2 cupos of cold milk.)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half the shipped topping. Spread over crust. Using 3 ½ cups cold milk, prepare pudding as directed on package. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight.
Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts if desired.
