Ingredients
- 2 2T 2T canola oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 onion chopped (or if you like a lot of onion use the whole thing
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 bell pepper chopped (or a whole pepper)
- 1 1 1 jalapeño chopped
- 2 3 2 3 2 or 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 1 1 lb ground beef
- 2 2T 2T chili powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t ground cumin
- 1 1 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 1 1 can rotel tomatoes
- Elbow macaroni
- to to taste.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat
Add peppers and onions and sweat
After 5 or 10 minutes of sweating, add minced garlic.
Add ground beef and brown.
Once beef is brown, add chili powder and ground Cumin.
Add tomatoes.
Add uncooked elbow macaroni and salt. Allow to simmer until macaroni is cooked.
