Greens and beans with fried bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup dry wine
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves sliced thin
- 2 2 2 tsp finely chopped oregano
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 1 1 bunch Tuscan kale stems removed
- 1 1 1 can cannelloni or butter beans
- 1/2 1/2 2 cup plus 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1โ 1โ crusty white bread
- White vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Bring wine, garlic, oregano and flakes and 1/4 cup water to boil. Add kale and cover pan til greens are wilted . Add beans and half cup oil and cooked uncovered until beans ar warmed through.
In another skillet heat 2 tbsp oil and fry bread.
To serve place bread on plates and top with kale mixture with sauce...drizzle with oil and vinegar
